I think he's absolutely spot on. In the games that we've lost against Leicester/Cardiff/Boro not 100% but I'm sure Steve Bruce changed the front players, therefore less potent.
It is rare for someone to come out and say something like this. I for one wont say he is wrong, seems unlikely we win the league though.
IMO, THE ONLY GAME WE SHOULD REALLY HAVE LOST THIS SEASON IS THE MIDDLESBORO AWAY GAME. WE WERE TRUELY AWFUL THAT NIGHT AND NOT JUST DOWN TO RESTING ALUKO AND SIMPSON EITHER. MOST HAD A NIGHT OFF. Very hard to disagree with the comments made. City have no equal IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP when they apply there A game. Get more goals scored and we shall walk this league. Reading last season won the title when they came from further back than City are now. Its more than doable, imo. For those who were not there Watford were nowhere near winning the game. It should have been much worse for them and how that dead head of a ref could think that Simpson dived is beyond belief. A stonewall penalty not given. The yellow card given to Simpson should see that clown demoted, imo. But yes nice to see an opposing manager accept what was true.
Can't see us winning the league TBH. We don't have the consistency. We seem to play really well for two or three games then the team don't turn up. I would say a top six will be our best
We can let other team player and fans say stuff like that. Then we can't get accused of being too optimistic!
Sky have picked up on this one now... Watford defender Marco Cassetti believes Hull are the best team he has come up against in the Championship this season as has urged his team-mates to learn from Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Vicarage Road. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11686/8324103?
Bollocks. How are we supposed to go under the radar now??!! All opposition managers will definitely be watching us on the FLS now
This is not good news, publicity is not good for a promotion chasing team! I expect the wheels to fall of City's promotion push now, other managers will have too much knowledge on us! I knew Steve Bruce shouldn't have appeared on Goals On Sunday, what was he thinking?
Well the people who constantly want praise even when we've done nothing to deserve it should be happy with this. You've got your recognition. Don't let it go to your heads.
As others have mentioned, we have just put one foot in **** by being just too damn good. It won't be long until enemies can name some of our players now, then we'll seriously be in the doo doo.
The whole going under the radar thing is bollocks, if a team is good then they will best others anyway...besides i think theyll like knowing other teams think theyre goof
