People having trouble with a drug dealer on the estate(lives 2 houses down), police keep raiding every week, but find nothing?

This morning was fun though, at 5am, shouting, screaming & sounds of breaking glass, a group of 8-10 lads, smashed his front windows in the house, then spotted his car & ****ing demolished it.

Had cops & forensics all day all over the place

But the **** is still alive.

In Scotland we tend to think of estates as run down **** holes with high crime and high unemployment. In your case I just put 2 and 2 together and assumed you were a jobless waster living in a dump.
