Hope that means we are going to sign Mata and Corzola .. Mates with Michu arnt they ? Stumpy, very intresting read there, as you say things arnt definate but if i remember correctly in the past you usually been on the money with this sort of thing I can see why Pablo would be a target but i cant see how he would fit in any better elsewhere in the premier league, being here with chico, rangel, michu,JDG and Laudrup is surely better for him, he took a bit of time to find his feet but **** me when he found them!! i think the swans faithful will earmark him for special praise when he comes back anyway, its clear to see how much we missed him on Saturday .Maybe being out a bit longer will give a chance to go home for a week or two, recharge and get some tidy weather init! I was told there was a spanish striker/potential signing at the club when we played WBA, heard anything ?
I'm not in a position to be told any names Norway, I just get the background of stuff and views of an old friends who works closely with the back-office, and another who works in the organisation. However, a striker is imminent, apparently a done deal but no one's ever heard of him before??? Also we've been tracking an Italian CB since August, who? who knows. I'll never be told specifics buddy so at this stage your guess is as good as mine.
how swans are so deluded that huw will pay more than any of the big clubs.. Brilliant...this from a chairman who had to be forced to spend by the Morgans as they were as pissed off at missing out on promotion 3 seasons running.. i think you should get some realism in your life if you think huw would pay one player £75k + as a minimum per week.......its swansea your talking about a club that likes to keep their wage bill down.. some corkers on here today...
Dai you need to go to specsavers mate! who's stated Jenkins will pay £75K + wages? I've not read that in Stumpy's post, you been drinking or what...........
: Thought you was supposed to be a Swan fan,or at least pretending to be one, Concentrate Dai, concentrate
A million times a swans fan than an armchair supporter that dont have an inkling about anything about the swans..
Meaning what? Explain this or try to write it correctly: maybe then someone, somewhere will understand your meaning. Please accept my invitation to elaborate or even expand on your retort.
No quick reply? that would suggest intellect Dai. Bored waiting for you Dai, have to sign off now but will continue this with you anytime, please advise.
I was told that the striker was down here watching us against WBA and was very impressed with what he saw,a deal was pretty much sorted apparently, thing is you hear alot of different things and in the end you end up beleiving very little of it!! things get added to the story then hey presto its David Villa ... ive no idea who it is and i guess if it was somebody quite famous he would have been sniffed out. Anyway in Laudrup i trust !! if its all true im sure whoever it is will only add to the squad Having heard there was a striker here last week at WBA and what you have heard kind of makes sense to me though
Well he hasn't come up short regarding bringing players in (and I include Scheter in that statement , look how many games it took for Pablo to start showing his worth) , interesting and exciting times ahead me thinks
I think so Bony, im not sure we will be signing "name" players but a few lucky dips would be quite intresting and would keep things fresh! You never know if one will turn up and be awesome which would be great as we can sell him and half of our team to Liverpool in the summer ..
My thoughts exactly Stereo. Been away from here for a few days and see it's all happening again. Dai, been at the funny ***s again have you?
Now why the fcuk would they want to leave us to join our reserves Norway? Unless of course they take Dailiverbrendaschum with them
..Its just the massive amounts of money and transfer kitty involved Valley.. In fact all we are doing down here is keeping Michu on ice until that hefty £7m bid comes in !! im sure Laudrup cant wait to go there as director of football
Dai! Why are you such a poisonous old pratt? Hmmmm? Penclawdd fcuking donkey through and through aren't you pal , stubborn to the hilt. Your not making many friends here ,your always negative , think you know best, and in the know. However, not an intelectual giant are you? you're just an old bitter waste of oxygen. But if it makes you feel big continue but I think people are realising as Stumpy suggested not to feed the troll is the best way to deal with you! So I think you should start to see that people are not going to reply to you anymore, as it's a waste of time bye bye........
Well all I know is that Rodgers after the games on Sunday told somebody I'm close to that: I'll copy and paste it: "He just laughed and said Huw (Jenkins I assume) never learns and there's a relatively low release clause in Michu's contract that the big clubs know about thanks to his management people but said were (LFC) not interested when asked. He actually said 'were sorted for January'." Prob makes sense if there's discussion over a new contract if it has got out about the low release clause.
Well thanks for that toela, shows what Brenda thinks of our Chairman, hmmmmm but doesn't Donkeydaibrendasbitch think that they're the best of friends? Shown to be wrong again Dai! FACT!
Swansea City star Michu has rubbished speculation linking him with a move away from the club, insisting he is happy in Wales. Michu has made a huge impact since moving from Rayo Vallecano in the summer, scoring 12 Premier League goals. His form has seen him linked with a possible quick-fire move in January, with Atletico Madrid one of those mentioned but the 26-year-old insists he is not thinking about leaving the Liberty Stadium. "Right now I'm happy, playing almost every minute and I'm very happy," he told Radio Marca. "It is always nice that you get talked about with teams like Atletico Madrid, one of the largest in Spain, but now I am very happy in Swansea." Michu Quotes of the week "It is always nice that you get talked about with teams like Atletico Madrid, one of the largest in Spain, but now I am very happy in Swansea." It has even been suggested that, with the likes of Fernando Llorente and Fernando Torres struggling for form in recent months, Michu could be in line for a Spanish call-up and Vicente del Bosque admitted this week he was looking at him given his goalscoring record. "If that call comes, fine, and if not, then I just stay the same," he insisted. "By now to have 12 goals is great, but above all I am enjoying what I am doing in Swansea. But here you have to battle as nobody gives you anything." Swansea play Middlesbrough in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday and he admits he would love to play at Wembley. He added: "Why can we not be there at the end? Hopefully, it would be nice to be at Wembley."
