Maradonna was a far better player than Messi. Maradonna didn't have ten very talented footballers helping him out. When Maradonna was playibg he was up against teams that could defend like the wind. Messi basically is up against bog standard rejects in Spain. Basically it is just shootie in practice for him. He's good but he isn't world class. Not like Beckenbauer, Muller, Cruyff, Pele, Maradona etc.
