<laugh><laugh> would be worth the entrance fee alone!!

Well beers to hand, it's time to find a decent link to the match and see how it unfolds, whether or not I watch the second half is debatable :emoticon-0184-tmi:

Yep, me too. The half time chat should be interesting? Right, I'm off to say a few Hail Marys!

I previously suggested Elmo up front. That was in preference to Ned, however, with Noble fit it made sense to put a recognised, albeit reserve, striker on.

Riveros, Knott, R Noble, Adams, Lynch.
All these players need to be given a chance to show what they can do, there are 2 strikers who have scored recently albeit for the young uns but, they say confidence is everything so play them FFS. Riveros could do with a run out and with Zenden could slow the game down a bit, that could work SBs team could work who knows another strange selection from Mr. Bruce, not the first hopefully the last though.

Bardsley's passing is absolutely shocking, cut back onto his right foot and launch it up in the air into the opposition half

Who's this 'youngun' Zenden just rounded the keeper and scored?!! Miracles will never cease!! <doh>

.. well done to him, he took it well, to be fair the game's been like watching paint dry until that little spark!

I wonder how many people backed Zenden to score? Cracking goal, but where did he get that pace from? :) Poor defending by Bolton, thank ****!

1 up at half time. Wonder if we can hang on this time for a change.

    Fingers crossed for second half.

    I'm listening on Radio Newcastle.
Benno's insights are great, but I wish Barn'e would give commentary on the game rather than rabbitting on about everything bar the match!!
    :)

We should be able to. We've had 9 men in our half of the pitch for nearly all of the first half! Sess is doing what he can up front, but looks very lonely at times. However, if this was SB's plan, it's working well at present :)

I'd happily take a punt on that at the bookies ... as long as it was someone else's money! <whistle>
