Quantum theory definitely has a bearing. Take Schrodinger's cat - put a cat in a box and split into 2 sections, put gas in one part - the cat is neither dead nor alive until observed to be one or the other. We are similar - brutally killed 16 cats but we're neither relegated or safe until observed to be so. QPR's state and direction can certainly be influenced and determined by direct observation but it would need 30+ results to make any sustainable predictions based on it....

Correct. The BBC is rubbish now and I don't say that lightly because it wasn't all that long ago where it was the best broadcaster in the World. The PC Brigade got their claws into it and destroyed it.
