Owen on MOTD Two. He analysed our games and filled it with compliments. He then backed us to finish 4th (lets hope he is right aye). On MOTD 3 Owen and Hansen then picked dream teams from the Manchester starting 11's. They did it school play ground style. Neither of them wanted Johnny Evans. Classic. Edit: As some one with past experience of being picked last for play ground football, I would like to give my sympathy to Samir Nasri at this time.
I noticed that they were on but I tend to ignore the 'analysis' nowadays. Really cannot stand MOTD and the pundits they have. They are more concerned with making jokes and banter than talking about football.
For by all the history I just find Owen very very dull. Its his monotone voice; just puts me right to sleep, always did.
I can actually see Owen having quite a good career on TV once he retires from playing. He seems pretty natural with the cameras. I like how Alan Hansen was obviously the alpha when picking the team though. Owen picked some one and Hansen said 'No I'm having him' so Owen changed his mind. He also made Owen pick Evans. Who are you referring to?
The boring auld horse whisperer would put a glass eye to sleep, I can't believe he's still making a living out of the game.
This^ He's as dull as an afternoon of Colin Firth films. The only entertainment to be had was watching Hansen bully him.
If any one is interested, Owen team was. -----------------Hart------------- -Rafael---Nastasic---Evans---Evra- -Valencia----Barry--Cleverley-Ballotelli- -----------Rooney---Van Persie--- Alan Hansen found this funny. He said his balance and tactics were bad.
I saw the snivler suck up too. Oh well. You'll need to work harder than that - if you cared. I've got time for Hansen though.
