Diame was terrorising us and we needed Lucas to counter him. As soon as he went off injured we didn't really need Lucas anymore so what does Brendan do? Much to the dismay of many Liverpool fans he took him off for Henderson... who went on and got an assist and provide a threat. Also, Joe Cole was a baffling decision but despite playing poorly he went on and got us the all important equaliser. For those reasons Brendan... I salut you. As for the following... Bunch of ****ing plastics.
In all fairness, Cole was a stroke of luck. He was ****e. Constantly gave the ball away and was poor at helping out defensively. Lucas for Henderson, I can see why he would make that change and I happen to like Hendo of late, he's been one of our better performers.
Gotta say though, You could have kept Lucas on and had Henderson come in for Allen. Had nothing against hendo coming on, but for who he came on for.

No. He took him off because the game was at seventy minutes and he is still finding match fitness. It just fell right with Diame
I've been named and shamed...! Pretty sure Lucas was swapped out for Henderson just before the Diame injury though.
