What has that got to do with it.I can think of one player who in my opinion was a far better player overall than Van Persie.You have to remember Arsenal existed before Wenger became manager.

That's all well and good, but the discussion is currently about this season, not the ones before it. Why even try and compare previous 'betrayals'? We're talking about the current board that continue to shaft us over year after year and slowly, Arsenal drop in terms of quality.
