I'll be honest - I thought on the balance of play alone, City were just (just) the better team. Not because of superior possession/chances, but predominantly because you seemed to be holding on a bit towards the end.

However, it cannot go unnoted (although it almost certainly will) that, had the laws of football been applied correctly in their entirity you would have been 3-0 up and the comeback probably would have never started.

This isnt a specific reference to any club, it just makes me laugh how stupid football fans are sometimes.

Time after time after time it is pointed out to them that when 'big' teams get decisions go their way they usually win and the decision is totally forgotten. Yet time after time they 'forget' - you can guarantee the next time you get a decision go your way itll be all over the back pages and the less educated football fans will be up in ars about how you always get the decisions.....

Cracking game overall, really could have gone either way.

Although City may have had more play over all, more possession and more attempts, I felt we were always more likely to score. At 2-0 we didn't have to score and they had more of the ball. But at 2-2 I was so relieved that we started attacking again.

United were not gung ho but played a more CL match. Patient and clinical. We were hungrier and SAF and the team did NOT want a draw. Credit to City neither did they!

f--kin hell that was a match. I don't have any nails left.

Would have taken a draw all day long before the match. After going two nil up and having a good goal disallowed while the ref bottled the cards against city I would have been gutted if we didn't win.

    Luckily justice was done.
