Thats the point though isnt it, just because you feel it isnt racist,doesnt mean to say that everybody else feels the same! its not an exact science really, what some may deem as banter others see different! if you were perhaps Welsh and had Grandparents who were hit with a stick in school if they spoke their own language in class you may feel different,a classic example of "intending to force superiority or inferiority over the recipient" only if you have experienced or had knowledge of these issues of prejudice/race would you think different or perhaps understand,indeed your comments could by some be deemed to be ignorant,though i feel they are not intended as that, and ignorence v racism is the whole key point here i feel. I agree there Norway. I, nor aybody else has seen the footage. There is a chance his "arm movement" was mis-interpreted. Had he shouted racist remarks, this would be easier to distinguish.

if people think luis suarez looks like a rat, they chant that he looks like a rat. if gareth bale looks like a monkey people chant that he looks like a monkey. if bassong looks like a monkey, people make a gesture that he looks like a monkey. only one is racist, the others are 'banter' and wont be acted upon because the players are white. what if the fan claims he was directing the gesture to a white player?

You really need to read up your history before stating your version of it. Slave owners justified the abuse of slaves by saying the black slaves were like monkeys. I saw the incident on SSN but the camera is too far away, all I could see was someone holding their arms out. I presume the CCTV in the stadium is more conclusive than what I saw on tv. I'm just waiting now to see how long it takes for this society of black lawyers to get involved. Next time I'm called a Welsh Cnut or a sheep shagger I'm going to complain to the society of white lawyers, does anyone know their phone number ?

No. You can give black people ****, but don't include racism into it. If you approach a group of black people and start shouting "****ers, twats" whatever, it isn't racist. Approach them with "monkey chants, n*****s" whatever, blatantly is. If your that stupid you can't see the difference, then I wonder if you are indeed racist?
