Those three wins could've been reading, saints and stoke. If we don't survive I expect him to hold up his hand and admit he fired MH too late.

We all know he fired MH too late but there was a consolation prize ............ we got Harry ............. and here I was hoping to settle for the 'Spanish fat waiter' ......... although I did prefer Harry overall.
Most of us got our wish ( Harry ) and trust he'll pull us out of it.

Think it was 9, or maybe 11. No danger of equaling, or being worse than that record at least.

Shearer thinks we are already gone. On the basis of yesterday's MOTD I can see why. Those who went to the game (I did not) said we bossed the first half. Fair enough. We heard that a lot in the first 10 games including at least one half of the Chelsea game and most of the Spurs one yet we did not win. It is all about points and it is hard to see where they are going to come from.

Wigan's second was farcical and I think that contributed to Shearer's rather dramatic statement ie having us relegated before Christmas and not even by Christmas!! Wigan man surrounded by FIVE QPR players and still manages to score. Great to see Clint beating the ground with frustration meaning there is still passion and belief in some players and I guess that is what has earned Clint a place in 1st 11 again.

There were some positives. SWP finally playing more in keeping with his potential. Green seemed to have a good game and playing like an England goalie. A draw at the DW is no small thing albeit against a second fiddle Wigan team.

The only thing that might save us is our home form. If Harry can build some confidence on a 'run' (of sorts) of three undefeated and start us winning at home then it may be possible. Last year our season kicked in on 21.3.12 - home win against Liverpool - with the previous NINETEEN games producing one win (over Wigan). Of course we had won four before that dreadful run. We are worse off than last year but not down and out quite yet even though it feels like it.

It is all about winning at home and us being that 12th man. Any away points are just a bonus. It seems this is the QPR way for us this season. A little bit of luck going our way would not go amiss either!

Roll on 30th, even though I have to miss it due to a wedding.

Good read mate, trouble is we are dependant on players being brought in during the transfer window yet again!
Is it your wedding on the 30th?

Oh well you and silly buggers are all going to look daft when we do! ... Look at the entire table ... it changes, it evolves... Mark Hughes has gone Hello hello hello any one in there? ... You get something from your away games and have to win at home IN what world are we not doing that at the moment!!! Unlucky against Villa and held out well yesterday ... The better side over the three games in my book. I think its all coming from the media this infection... 17 negative comments by MOTD by the three idiots and not once that we are unbeaten ... We are in this position because of the bad energy being pumped out ... we need support and we need it now ... it's bloody shameful that some people find it necessary just to use N606 to just vent without realising exactly how sick you are all becoming. We are QPR we change, we evolve, and we survive.

I equate this all as say being stuck out if the wilderness ... as a group on here who would survive in that real world? . I would continually be digging graves as men turned to tears until the hard core was left and in truth it's a solid core.

Take it from someone who was there yesterday, SWP was absolutely gash, as per usual

Wasted a fantastic 1st half opportunity (not on MOTD highlights) with an awful shot miles off target.

Even the press are saying it,

"Early on in this encounter, there was a moment that hinted at the reason Queens Park Rangers are isolated at the bottom of the Premier League table.
Adel Taarabt raked a pass across the width of the pitch towards Shaun Wright-Phillips. The former fought as hard as he ever will to win possession and the release from his right boot was accurate.
All Wright-Phillips needed to do was adjust his positioning by stepping back a yard, jump a bit and control the incoming ball with his chest. Instead, the winger just gave up, waved his hands then shrugged his shoulders. The attitude said: ‘too much effort for me.’ It was only early so there would surely be other chances to get a run on his marker, who happened to be David Jones, a midfielder playing out of position in defence.
The action, or lack of it, prompted Taarabt to stamp his feet. Usually his tantrums are merely diva strops, but this one was justified."

It would be very interesting to hear your ratings of the players SH1 - this was West London Sport's player rating :

Rob Green: 8
Continued his improved form by producing a number of good saves, the best of which – an injury-time stop to deny Jordi Gomez – ensured Rangers got a point.

Jose Bosingwa: 5
Poor from start to finish. Slack defensively and offered very little going forward.

Ryan Nelsen: 7
A couple of mistakes in the first half but was otherwise very good and his first goal for the club dug Rangers out of a hole.

Clint Hill: 7
Lion-hearted defender who battled bravely throughout as usual.

Armand Traore: 6
Lively going forward at times but caught out defensively too often.

Stephane Mbia: 6
Did well in the first half but faded badly in the second, with Rangers losing control of the midfield battle.

Shaun Wright-Phillips: 6
Set up Rangers’ second goal but was mostly ineffective. Tracked back well during a difficult spell in the second half though.

Shaun Derry: 5
Did his best but Wigan were able to play around him too easily during the second half.

Samba Diakite: 5
Like Mbia, seemed to run out of ideas as the game wore on. Substituted 12 minutes from the end.

Adel Taarabt: 7
Showed a willingness to work and at least try to make things happen. Had a bright spell early on.

Jamie Mackie: 6
Worked hard to ensure Rangers had something at least resembling a cutting edge.

Djibril Cisse: 7
Scored after coming on and gave his team what should have been a platform to win the game. A shame they then switched off at the other end.

What was your view?

I guess player ratings as with other aspects of any analysis are somewhat of a personal point of view. But I would say that Nelsen was an 8 or 9 - without him we would have been a lot worse off. His reading of situations was 1st class. Agree with Green rating and Hill, pretty steady performance from him overall.

It's quite difficult because we were so outplayed for the first 20 mins of the 2nd half, having pretty much dominated the 1st, though without creating too many clear cut chances.

On effort Mackie, Derry were probably 8/9. The Adel substitution really took Mackie out of the game and although he scored I find it quite incredible that Cisse could rate higher than Mackie: the guy is completely lazy and spent more time complaining to the ref than harassing their defence. He deserves a 5 IMO.

Other ratings more or less right, I suppose, though I felt Traore was pretty committed and could have been used far more in the first half as Adel's movement was creating a huge gap down their right in the 1st half. Even Bosingwa attacking in the 1st half was ok; defensively he's a nightmare though!!

Sorry, probably bit of a waffling answer - hope it helps a little

Indeed, TF is not exactly in the clear here and maybe I'm getting the wrong impression but Amit Bhatia seems to have gone dead quiet for a very long time.

Time to move over and let Amit run things was at the start of the season however better late than never. At the end of the day he and the goons got us promoted and didn't appoint Mark sodding Hughes. Not happy at all with TF regarding the whole MH fiasco nor do I have some people's blind tust in him and Air Asia.

Amit back in charge now.

I haven't been his (TF) biggest fan of late but I get the impression he's taken a step back. Not meeting the manager of the club you own is unusual to say the least. Maybe he's learnt from his errors in judgement. The appointment of MH and subsequent backing weren't his finest moments. Probably a little embarrassed. His intentions are good no doubt but I prefer to see the results first before raising him on a pedestal.

Fully agree however the step back could possibly be his distancing himself from what he may consider to be failure or consider that others may perceive as such.. Image and expansion are everything for Air Asia and that style of business. While everything touches turns to gold the investment rolls in but when ...

Thanks SH1, nothing like being there. Bosingwa and one or two others seem to always get wildly varying reviews for some reason

Derby got a league record of 32 games without a win in 2006/07. Including Citeh away last season we've gone 17 already.

I've liked Tony up until this point but this latest tweet is the daftest thing I've heard yet.

Three wins when we haven't even won one all season? The guy is starting to come across as a bit of a pleb.

Tony needs to dig deep into those pockets and feel a little of the pain. Redemption is in his bank balance.
