obviously 2 points dropped, but we can't just expect to roll teams over every game. 25 shots on goal 17 on target, these stats are more worrying and not for the first time. Not putting our chances away could bite us on the bum at the end of the season.
I'm going to be positive though and say that the point we sneaked today in the 90th minute could prove to be very important at the end of the season. Thanks to Blackpool too for getting a last minute equaliser against Palace. We have some tough games coming up now though, Millwall, Cardiff, Hull, mind you as today proved, ALL games are tough in the championship. Ok im off to get some sun by the pool!

Barnsley didn't look too bad when they were at the KC IMO, but they just can't seem to win games. They're solid but awful in attack. Good result for them, I was surprised you didn't win this one, I had you down as a 3 - 1 win.

Agreed this league is too unpredictable, that's why it's so good.

Alot of swings and roundabouts to come me thinks.

    Saved by Blackpool and Vardy.

Could have won it with 2 off the line in the last minute.

    Ah well, onwards.

I think that some of our fans over confidence spread to the players, scoring early was a disaster for us, and this complacency is down to nigel..he obviously didn't or couldn't get it through to the players not to take their foot off the gas.... their first goal was a embarrassing disgrace....totally unprofessional. I thought the timing of the subs was poor aswell. I sincerly hope these two thrown away points don't comeback to haunt us..<ok> strange thing staight after the game..... knockart was sprinting away from the stadium through the crowds...I expected to see two coppers running after him...<ok>

Hopefully though today can kick start Jamie Vardy's season. He started well but has dropped off recently

He said after the game he is probably too unselfish at times and he will now shoot more often. He just sounds like he had lost all his confidence

It's quite ironic that Vardy was dropped by Pearson for the first time today (he was injured/ill in other matches) yet he scored!

The pressure was off him when he came on. The main issue I have with Vardy is he lacks confidence and sometimes flair

Hopefully now we can start to see the Vardy that started the season. But 1 thing he needs to improve on massively is his ball control, especially his first touch.

Lots of twists and turns before the end of the season... Both our teams will finish in the top 6 with automatic been a possibility .. Let's hope Cardiff will crack up soon and hit a bad run .

Great win for Hull City at Watford , thought that LcFc would get 3 ponts today but that's football .

Going to be a great game on boxing day .

Any of the fox fans on here going to the game ?

Looking forward to going myself as only been once this season though not by choice ..

It would of been the perfect game for me with my parents living in Filey but got other things to do. I´ll be visiting your place in August, as long as there´s a home game on when I´m there.

2 pts dropped but we are 4 points from 7th i believe so not a bad margin with some tough games coming up. Wouldnt suprise me if we beat cardif fand Millwall will be interesting. We have a huge month coming up and if we are still in the top 6 then i'd be happy.

Agree about Vardy, he should take a leaf out of Waghorn's book, who admittedly doesn't have the best goal record this season but shoots on sight. There's a perfect striker in there somewhere, i.e a Wayne Rooney who seems to score from most of his.
The team did look complacent- completely dominated in the first 10 minutes, but the difference with the Derby game is that we didn't get that second goal, and when Knockaert scored I thought the players acted like this was a given. I'd also like to give credit to Barnsley who got their tactics spot on- flooding the midfield, which we just didn't seem to get past. We could do with a plan B at times- I'd like to see other midfield options, though we looked better when Marshall came on.
All in all though, let's not get too down. We have the second-best record at home after Cardiff still, and although the top two seem to be getting stronger and stronger, remember that was us a month or so back, everything can change. We need to do to Cardiff what Crystal Palace did to us.
