    HMRC confidential info leak

    Responsible department: Her Majesty's Treasury

We the undersigned request that questions from the government are asked of HMRC over their handling of the “investigation" into Rangers Football Club.

Over the last three years, HMRC have pursued Rangers Football Club for “unpaid" taxes in relation to several EBT schemes operated by the club. These schemes were present in all of the clubs annual accounts for the years in which they operated.
The conclusion on the three year investigation was found on 20/11/12 stating that Rangers Football Club were indeed not liable nor had broken any law.

Throughout this “investigation" there have been several leaks of confidential information relating directly to sensitive information about the club, the employees and the current state of play within the “investigation".

The source of this leak must be identified and dealt with accordingly due to the serious breach of protocols and completely undermining the role in which HMRC are charged facilitating.

    Yeah I did notice <laugh>

These morons seem to think HMRC dragged their feet for 3 years, they are ignoring the fact that Rangers refused to play ball and that Murray offered them £10m to go away so innocent was he.

I was reading that the appeal will probably take another 3 years before you hear the result of the UTT <doh>

2015 still sounds like a time to me when we should all have rocketboots and robot dogs.

Aye, the future's been a big, ****ing disappointment <laugh>

When I was a kid I thought by now we'd be living on the moon and travelling almost instantaneously from A to B in transporter pods.

I think 1972 was the last time astronauts were on the moon and I read that the major powers have run out of money to spend on space exploration. However the latest news has it that a private commercial venture plans to offer excursions to the moon by 2015 ... at the knockdown price of £1billion.
