    <ok>

    Absolutely mate... I feel really sorry for the younger generation! We were really spoilt by the top quality players we had in those teams of the 1970s and at the time I think we took it for granted.

    My son played footie for Chantry Grasshoppers, wore number 10, he scored goals for fun as well.

    He does not play for them anymore though so I guess I should really think about changing it..!

    Unfortunately nothing logical. No love of their style, no family connection, no scottish heritage, It started off by loving one of those hideous late 80's football shirts which looked like somebody have vomited over the thing and has grown from there. I cant really call myself a true celtic fan. When I used to wear football shirts everyday rather than only at games/ when playing I used to buy the kits and have some other merchandise. I look out for their results and try to catch them on tv when I can. I try to keep up to date on whats happening there but thats about it.

    I currently live in Sydney Australia and my favourite memories of watching Ipwich play is when they were sponsored by Pioneer. I bore many a ageing raver when ever there are Pioneer turntables.......best make Pioneer, they used to sponsor Ipswich, thats how good Ipswich used to be. Thats when they usually walk off......
