This is an easy yes for me. I think he plays more like Hoolahan more than anyone else we have currently. I feel Hoolahan is vital in our current system and if anything happened to him I think we would be in trouble.
Yes, would be a good fit for the way our team is set up currently and an ideal player to drop into the hole behind Holty if Hoolers is injured, suspended or knackered.

A touch of caution. If he is as good as people make out why are Liverpool not playing him, let alone prepared to let him go on a free, when it is a documented fact that they are short of offensive players? Another player, perhaps, who looks good in the Championship and below but not up to Premiership standard. I remember from our Championship days the clamour to buy Ched Evans and, later, Henri Lansbury - where did they end up?
I'd still want Lansbury, maybe over pacheco - and while Evans turned out to be a wrongun, he knew where the goal was.
I think its easy to say yes until you consider who you would drop from the 25 man squad. So for those who said yes who would you drop?
Yep, him in, and Chris Martin out, no brainer for me, unless there's a 'bigger' striker on the horizons for us, to replace Chrissy. And even then probably yes, with Lappin likely to miss out. He's only 21 though, so depending on the regs, he might still count as U21 in that respect anyway.
