I can't see Newcastle prioritising Europa considering their bad run of injuries, I think they may be wary of affecting their league form but I may be wrong... I think Spurs will do well, and AVB will certainly like a good European run after his debacle at Chelsea. I would love Spurs to knock Chelsea out, I reckon if that happened AVB would still act the gentleman though.

Yes, I know that fine well. If they were in it I would wish only spectacular failure upon them. After they'd reached the semi though, must build up their hopes first. Just like Liverpool a couple of seasons ago when they were already congratulating themselves on winning it and got dicked by Atletico Madrid!!
The scousers are probably more likely to win it than Chelsea. Liverpool do seem to have mastered the art of beating superior teams in knock out tournaments. That said, they will probably end up going out to some unknown minnows like Debrecen. Benfica, Atletico or Inter are the favourites imo.
