Congratulations to Celtic...they deserve it more than either City or Chelsea. They didn't just fall into the final 16...they beat good teams including Barcelona.
Except that it's now over 2 legs, and while they could beat anyone at Celtic Park, they will get a pasting away from home, particularly if they get Dortmund or Bayern Munich.
