Spot on! A better full back than Enrique now imo.

Not an unreasonable statement that. I still admire Jose, but he used to be pretty average at putting balls in the box too... Think between the two Enrique has a better delivery now because he's developed his game a but, but not much to choose between them, and wor Davide has got to be younger and has more potential.

Would really love it if Jose came back and we could get Santon on form at RB, but it's unlikely.

Santon is better than Enrique now in my opinion. He is more graceful with the ball at his feet than Enrique and he is more agile. Looks far more comfortable coming forward for me like.

Oooh hold onto your hats gents, the class has arrived!

Never really thought about it like that, but he is graceful... Like a swan idly floating next to her young...

Loved Enrique when he was on form with us, a big part of his game (for me) was his link up play with Jonas, they just gelled.

Santon has shone in every game, the guy's real class. I've no doubt he will get on the scoresheet a time or two because he makes some great runs up the flank, he's bound to get an option or two to shoot.

Don't think Jonas is the same player since Enrique left. Much to my dismay..........

Aye getting Enrique back would be nice, apparently he might be available too. Would like to see Santon down the right, maybe try Ferguson left back. I am one of the Simpson haters, think he's the worst 1st choice right back in the league. We shouls have got Clyne.

I can see jonas being the next scape goat once fans are finished with Williamson. It's a shame but he isn't the same player now.

Simpson and Perchino have come in for more than their fair share of abuse from the fans, but they've stood their ground and got on with the job and have come on a lot recently. Both of them have put in some solid performances.

Yep, agree with you all, as much as my heart could barely take the constant pissing about between Jonas, Colo and Jose in that left hand corner near the flag, I do miss it now...

And yeah, I think the lack of Enrique has impacted on Jonas, but I'm ever hopeful that Santon and him form something approximating that relationship sometime soon. They've only really been playing together consistently this season. Jonas is incredibly effective in the right circumstance!

They've defo both improved, Perch more than Simmo because the lad was just hopeless, but Danny does lack quality going forward. I don't mind him, he does a job and is statistically good, but one of those you wish was more a squad player than a first-team pick!

I do hope not mate, I think one thing we can all agree on, both he and Colo have grafted for us, and been loyal, the fact they've never been bandied about like a lot of on form players saying they're going to biggger/better clubs, speaks volumes to me, i hate the fact that these days you only seem as good as your last game,

Jonas has been a great servant and his good games wont be forgotten, but he doesn't seem to have much in the tank these days.

I think teams know exactly how to target him now, though. Isolate him and shove him down the byline, he can't really cross or shoot with power, so he's harmless. However, when Enrique was with us, the combination and movement meant that that particular game-plan was useless, because you'd have them both attacking you and slicing the defence. Santon and Jonas haven't really done this as a pairing. To me Santon has really stepped up, but a lot of the time almost makes Jonas redundant by bypassing him altogether in attacking situations. Really think it will click for them at some point <ok>

They've both got good heads on their shoulders, they'll get it sorted out somehow.

Not while the morons have still Obertan to jeer mindlessly. Poor lad's confidence must be shot. Only respite he gets is when the imbeciles are singing about Sunderland players or taking their shoes off. Which is almost all of the time to be honest.

Phew, I'm glad I'm not sitting in the same area as you. Hate the smell of sweaty feet.
