Superb stuff from Celtic...again, don't care who we get in the last 16 because this is a massive bonus which no one realistically expected before the competition started. I would have happily taken the Europa Cup in February but this is an early Xmas gift. Bring on the last 16, if we play as well as we did against Barca we need fear no one in a two legged tie.

Bring on the Malaga! A few days on the Costa del Sol would be the best. Please not Germany, Italy or France. Give us Espana then England later on. Hail Hail

not a classic by any means but a great result. thought we were poor in the first half, however, didnt think spartak caused us that many problems - did forster really have a save to make? having said that i thought emineke (sp?) terrorised ambrose at times.

i thought we started the second half really well and had a couple of good chances. really soft penalty but there was contact so by the letter of the law it was a pen.

Ambrose had a nightmare. Big lad battered him all over the park. Second half we seemed to be more organised though in terms of coping with the shape they were playing. 1st half the midfield didn't know who to pick up.

Still, amazing to be through, and now just looking forward to the draw in a couple of weeks! A wee trip to Malaga in February would be nice!
