Before I start no he wouldnt come here in a million years. However I've just been reading his situation on Sky, his current deal runs out in the summer and he can leave for free. His reluctance to sign a new deal has seen the fans turn on him and he has been benched all season. You have to think theyll try and flog him in January and not let him leave for free. He's tailor made for the Premier League and id l to see him on these shores. Its common knowledge that Man Utd and Chelsea are in the market for a forward and this one could spark a bidding war that sets the transfer merry go round in motion. Hope he comes to England and doesn't end up a bit part player at Madrid or Barca

Would be an amazing signing but sadly we don't have a chance with this lad. He is destined for champions league battles, not a relegation/mid table scrap in the ne.

What we have to hope for is that he comes over here and that starts some sort of domino effect, with other strikers then becoming available.

We'll end up paying 12-15 for Wellbeck or Sturridge if that's the case. I wouldn't be delighted with that.

Wouldn't want Sturride for £5m FFS! He's been ****e this season and was terrible at the Olympics
Welbeck was excellent when he was here but he's getting a bit of game time at Utd so can;t see us getting him

Agree about Sturridge. If United were to sign Llorente as mentioned I think Welbeck would be the one to make way. I'd prefer someone cheaper!

Why would man united sign Llorente? They have four good strikers already.

Sign him for free, offers something different and is on low wages. Sell Welbeck for £10m+

Seems good in terms of business and for footballing reasons.

Low wages? 80k+ per week is what you would need to offer him.

He's on about 30 at the moment. Welbeck's supposedly on 70.

They'd hardly have to break the bank.
