Actually, while they could well be the same person, it doesn't prove they're both him, especially as your (poor form in posting it) picture shows different registration addresses. My IP comes up linked to several addys because they're on the same server. If you look at some of the other IP's linked to Charlie, some interesting, but definitely unconnected names crop up.
This is a situation you've just gotta leave to see if it's proven/unproven Charlie. I just had the same thing done to me by the Millwall pansies. The mods investigated it and it eventually came out that they were wrong and those other accounts were nothing to do with me. If it is or isn't, it will come out.
