The fixture schedule/start times have been changed by the television boys. Matches affected are our home games versus -

Manchester United Saturday 2nd February kick off now 5.30 (ESPN)

Stoke City Saturday 23rd February kick off now 12.45 (Sky)

It could be worse I guess.

I don’t like it when SKY/ESPN move games as it really impacts on travelling fans. It’s a bit harsh on Stoke fans travelling down to London for a 12.45 KO. The same as it is for Newcastle fans coming to London this Monday when that game was originally scheduled for this weekend. I guess SKY/ESPN are more concerned with arm chair fans rather than fans who travel to see their club.

Its harsh on Stoke fans having to get to London 2 hours earlier. I guess it won’t affect the UTD fans too much as most of their fan base live in London and the South East anyway :biggrin:

And additional changes have just been announced -

The derby with Chelsea will now be played on Sunday 10th March (1.30pm) and will be shown live on Sky Sports.

While our clash with Queens Park Rangers will take place on Monday 1st April (8pm), also on Sky.

The Chelsea fixture is subject to change, should either side still be competing in the FA Cup with Budweiser at the Sixth Round stage.

That means that 4 of Fulham's next 5 home games have been moved because of TV. Good for the coffers I suppose but not necessarily for th fns.
