Not a fan of NFL, there are some teams in the Swansea area and we used to keep an eye on them while the kids played proper footy, I don't know if it's the norm but they would spend hours warming up before playing a game and I mean 2-3 hours.

To be fair, American Football isn't too dissimilar to watching Everton... the ball is in the air travelling fifty yards a lot

I often refer to it, perhaps unfairly, as Rugby Football for unfit pansies. They also have breaks after ... pretty much anything happens! Oh, and they have different teams for everything -- offence, defense, kicking, cheering! -- so they don't work up a sweat. Lazy buggers!
