    This is the clubs fault to certain extent, as had they shown some balls and forced Fish Face Sordell to retract his lying bullshit about racism, then others would be more careful. Now we're going to have this every time the oppo turn up with black players.

    Think the answer is simple really - put a club official anlong the touch line where the players warm up if there is a racism problem the player can speak to the official and identify the culprit (if there is one) immediately and action can be taken - on Saturday from where I sit in the West Upper I could see Haynes have a chat with a fan(s) right next to a steward and Frimpong was next to him and they were both laughing if he was being racially abused why not bring it to somebodys attention immediately (steward, fourth official, or a Millwall official) - load of old bollocks if you ask me same as Sordello not RACIAL abuse just good old everyday anglo-saxon abuse -TOSSER.

    Stick a microphone by the dugout, let the crowd know it is there and that everything is being recorded.
