Really pleased to see Marv having a right go tonight.
We've not seen the best of him yet, but on today's evidence he could be a real asset to us.
He seems to have that extra second on the ball and a couple of his mazy runs have been HBA-esque...
Hope this is a sign of things to come...

With a player like Marvo the questions are going to be about consistency and whether he can do it against the better teams (against 10 man Wigan is not the marker we're looking for). I seem to remember Robert being great at home and poor away even when he was in form.

If he comes good then perhaps we need to move the ego of Demba Ba on (he's a fantastic player but it seems inevitable he's on his way in the near future) and play either side of Cisse. He wasn't too shoddy when he was the fulcrum last year.

With Dembas injury we may find out sooner rather than later as Cisse may get the central role for Fulham

Shouldn't the title be Braveaux Marveaux?

Can we just get him to take this level of performance and use it as a yardstick for what is expected every time he pulls on the shirt?

It's not asking a huge amount given his natural ability, so stay in the team and deliver a consistent level of performance please.

Have a horrible feeling he'll be an anonymous passenger in the next game but happy to be proved wrong!

This. Marveaux and Anita were really impressive tonight. If ba is out for Fulham, cisse down the middle, HBA on the right and Marv on the left

That front 3 has real potential.

Hoping the corner has been turned in terms of performance now. Fulham away will be a hard fixture for us but hopefully we can get something.

Before the season start, that would have been my front 3! Obviously Ba has now staked his claim but I hope Marv can give Pards a headache

This kind of comment really pisses me off because there is a clear reason for the time its taken to get him playing well and that years of injury problems - I don't knoww if yo ever played and got injured for a period of time, however if you have you will know tha when you come back for some reason you cant put your finger on you become **** for some time.
