does any one know how many points they had at christmas last year. i pretty sure it was low. this should be are target for the next month as they survived quite easily last season

 

Bottom three after 15 games were:

Wigan 12
Blackburn 10
Bolton 9

Hmm....so three more wins this month to match Wigan last season. At this stage I'm just hoping we can be 4 or even 5 points from safety come jan.

 

Forget about Wigan. This is just clutching at straws. The teams we feel we need to do badly may not be the ones in contention at the end. Equally applies to us. There are probably many twists and turns on the road ahead, we need some good luck in our games if we are to stay in the chase for 40 points.

 

14 points is our minimal target for the end of the year imo. 2 wins and 2 draws. This should keep us in touch and isn't far off where were at that stage last season. Not giving up hope just yet!

 

Just need our first win for confidence reasons then we'll be firing on all cylinders

 

It just that we are so horribly clueless when we get near opposite penalty area. Before arry sort that out we wont win a match. Not even at JB regardless they are without both their CB.

 

It will at least give us some momentum and you're spot on....our biggest problem right now is good players suffering from a chronic (understandably) lack of confidence.

 

I think we're closer to a win than we have been yet this season, just one final push and we're there.

Must have been something like this the Derby boards looked like a couple of years ago.

 

Just to compare, Derby had 6 points from 15 games and were 3 points behind Wigan that season...
