Ledanowski is another for the future while RVP is very much the present. I don't see Hernandez as a regular starter, he's our new Solskjaer in that respect, and I truly don't see Welbeck making it as a top drawer centre forward.

Exactly. The more strikers we have, the larger the headstart we can afford to give the opposition.

 

Starting to enjoy this idea of getting opponents hopes up and then ripping their dreams apart in front of them. The thought of how many people have put holes in their doors or walls thanks to United brings a smile to my face.

 

As far as I can tell, it's a player who doesn't attack or defend, and rarely scores goals. That explains why Liverpool have so many of them...

 

Wouldnt bother with them then. Attackers and defenders is all you need. The more wingers and strikers converted to wingers you have the better really.

I agree that our mids aren't quite the best but they are young and CAN get better ( might not)

must be joking. In terms of individual talent, it is not even close. One will be remembered as a great, the other will have been a bit part player ( again to be fair in mutiple sides that did the business).

Doubt Carrick will be remembered as a bit part player (by unbiased observers anyway). More like a very consistent and experienced player who managed to cement a first team position in the best side around. He may be relatively limited in the roles he can play, but the fact he has averaged over 40 games a season for Utd speaks volumes for his quality.
