That means it may be there so dont panic

 

well it means they can't confirm it.

 

why would warnock confirm to the fans earlier in the case and even today thet the trophy was going to be at the loft....the the FA turn araound and say it might not...

It means there's no change in whether or not we will be found guilty of anything, and no change in whether any penalty will involve points and/or fines. Remember, this is the same FL that wrote to the clubs telling them the playoffs would be delayed, then backtracked. Their track record isn't good.

And the enquiry is at the FA, not the FL. Nothing the FL does or doesn't do has any bearing on the FA enquiry and any outcome thereof.
