The Wigan Game Prediction Poll

I'm concerned about our future if I'm honest because clubs like Wigan and Swansea are among a host of clubs that train their players to play the modern game, however we are still playing old scholl English crap.

 

1-1 draw.

 

We've got two many injuries, particularly in defence. Ramis, Caldwell and Alcaraz are our three first choice central defenders in our now preferred 3-4-3. All of them are now injured. Boyce, Figueroa and Lopez are a surprisingly good replacement but Lopez in particular hasn't been able to hold down a first team place. We're also missing two of our most infuential midfielders, Maloney and McArthur. PLus we're running our of holding midfielder replacements - Jones and Watson both being out, so God knows who he'll play alongside McCarthy.

I know you've got a long list too. Maybe draw for us.

 

if we are both putting scratch sides out it may be a very cagey affair indeed.
