    We play Spurs in two weeks time on Sunday 16th December 1.30pm live on Sky.

    Am I the only one who knew that because I'm the only one that actually goes away ? :D

    Some people (no names mentioned) should really be put away.

    :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    I think we will go abroad for our striker, they play our style and much cheaper.....I dont want to see us delve into the championship for another Danny who just cant cut to the chase in the premiership to the level that is needed. Danny served his purpose but now we are getting better he is not really wanted if he cant produce the goods. Ill be surprised if we get about a million for him now maybe £2 million if we can get two championship clubs bidding...he is not worth paying any more than that.

    One or two million? Are you serious? Norwich and Sunderland are both interested at £5 million.

    Hello everyone. Korean fan here. I just want to let you guys know what you guys can expect from Ki in the future. Some of you guys are mentioning that Ki gets sloppy with his passing in critical area. While this happened in two recent games against Liverpool and against Arsenal, it was very unlike him. As I've watched him closely from his u-20 days to FC Seoul days to Celtic to now Swansea, I've never seen him making so much mistakes in a game. He's usually very consistent and rarely makes mistakes. I'm sure you guys will agree with me as he was very consistent until he got injured. As for work-rate, he isn't the type who would hustle and bustle. But he certainly doesn't shy away from tackles as you guys all know(2 wonderful tackels against Southampton). He looks like he doesn't cover ground enough, but in reality his workrate is phenomenal and covers more ground than any other players in his national team (more than Park Ji-sung). Just look and compare him with Britton. Britton likes to sit in front of back four while Ki is always box-to-box. His somewhat of lack of urgency and laxed playstyle makes him look like lazy, but I guarantee you he isn't lazy. But I agree that he can add some degree of urgency in his play, and that's what we, Koreans, have been crying out for!

    Welcome naviya, thanks for your input. Ki wil be a great player for Swansea. Yes he's been a little sloppy of late, but as bags of talent and I'm sure Laudrup will polish him to fine diamond.

    Hello and welcome, naviya. I am one of those who has been passing comment on Ki, with good reason. That is not to say that Ki isn't up to the job because he is a fine player who will get better and he certainly will under Michael Laudrup's coaching.

    We all know and appreciate Ki's good qualities and he is an integral part of our present success. He will become a huge player for us when the rough edges have been polished up and he will go from strength to strength. Thanks for your informative post.

    Thanks for your input and welcome to the board! its great to get a different viewpoint on Ki, we all think he is a very good prospect and will improve playing in our team, he needs to work on certain aspects of his game but that can be said for many others, what he will have to do at Swansea is show his hunger to win the ball and always be good on it when he has itthat is really important in our system, we have been spoiled a bit by haveing leon britton and joe allen in our team,both were in the top 4 in europe for passing accuracy so thats the level Ki will need to get up to if he wants to keep his place in the team, he has done great so far though and looks a great buy for £5m

    Ki showed some lovely forward runs against Arsenal and like you say once his passing improves he will be a good player.
    I think he just needs to have some coaching regarding speeding up his reactions under pressure. His sloppy passing usually happens when he hasn't played the quick ball but has decided to stop and look around for the killer ball. If the defender is behind you play it back safely, if the defender is in front then make the killer pass.
    That's my tuppence worth anyway.
