Could music be a part of modern coaching? http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news...me_effect_as_performance-enhancing_drugs.html Ronaldiniho has said hearing music in his head helped him with his silky skills. I am a musician, and I feel this certainly could become part of football coaching. Where I think it could benefit us is with our composure in the final third. I also feel passing practice along to dance music in training could give some great extra rhythm on the pitch and help put the whole team on the same wave length. Obviously we cant play music during matches. But in training, in special sessions, maybe at the start of half time etc could do great. Maybe even a method to help get over the pain of defeat quicker to help focus on the next game again. What is every ones thoughts on this?
What is it with all this thread resurrection business? I come on the board and it looks like there's a load of exciting new stuff on ( well ok, new) only to be bitterly disappointed by a load of old threads that no-one could be arsed answering the first time.
old thread ancient idea. People been working out with IPods for years, to music for centuries. hmmm endorphins help you put more in, shocker. Gatorade does the same thing with sweetness.
