The referral system doesn't work like that Charles. You report things you don't like and the mods(Me, AKCJ's and FF) will evaluate your request. These things take time.
Actually, all mod's get to see a referred post, not just you lot. And action should be taken instantly anyway, regardless of who takes it. It's hard to find a decent moderator nowadays.
