Nothing to get excited about but I guess that is a good thing.

Kelly and Borini are due back in January. Could be a good game to return on if they are ready in time. Some youngsters can get involved to.

But lets not disappoint the excited home fans to much. They want to see some star players. England international Stewart Downing should do.

 

I'm hoping by the 5th/6th Jan that Downing would have been sold.

 

Personally I'd give him the season. For squad depth if nothing else.

 

Not too sure what to make of it to be honest.

Didn't want a Premier League side in the third round so i'm happy we avoided them but there's a part of me a bit nervous that we'll be utter ****e and get knocked out by Lincoln City or Mansfield.

Need to take it seriously.

 

Be a lot worse for me if we lost to Stags
