Boytsov, who was due to fight Mr Fury pulled out, asking for more time to train......Seems this fight could go ahead in February.

But in the mean time Tyson's team have been lucky enough to get a world class fighter in Kevin 'Kingpin' johnson.

    Should be a good fight......

With Furys conditioning and strength improving this is the perfect opportunity to lay down a marker against a guy who has never been down let alone stopped.

Sensible money will be on a points win for Fury, but should be a good fight....

Fair play to Tyson for making the step up......Fair play to kingpin for taking the fight at such late notice.

I havent seen much of Johnson, anyone familiar with the guys fighting history?

I rememeber him from prizefighter when he did ok and reached the final, he has a decent jab but does'nt look to have much punching power at all. Fury should deal with him easily if he wants to move on to bigger things.

Kevin Johnson is the perfect fight.

He retreats into his shell when he gets the ambition knocked out of him. This will pose real problems to Fury. Kevin Johnson was the most negative fighter to ever step into the ring in a world title fight. He wanted to go the distance so he could get further pay days.....well, he went the distance and is getting further pay days.

Boxed to a game plan, didn`t make for the most exciting fight but the victory was all important tonight. I thought he did it well.

I have to agree with this and withdraw my previous comment about Tyson Fury. <ok>

He looks the real deal now and has proved his maturity with that performance against Johnson - I can't see Vitali Klitschko staying around long enough to allow Fury to get a shot at him... Can't see much stopping him getting a World Title shot now.

    Fair play to him.

    Remember this fight?

Send a DVD of it to David Price.
