    Any boxing fans on here?

Big Davey Price on with Matty Skelton tonight. Lookin forward to that one but what about Freddie Flintoff?

As if the world needs another steps towards becoming completely surreal, up pop's Freddie Flintoff for his debut in the ring!

Then tommorow we have Tyson Fury (avoiding Price) on his way to a 'showdown' with some Russian gadgee's...

Makes for a canny weekend between the ropes.

Flintoff will get battered. To be honest I kind of hope he does anyway, like him as a bloke but to start professional boxing at that age makes a mockery of the sport.

Price should have no problem putting Skelton away, cagey awkward fighter but Price has more than enough about him.

Tyson Fury is a clown, wouldn't say it to his face but he is a ****ing clown.

Skelton has been a decent boxer in his time and at least should put up a bit of a fight against Price, although I do think that Price will win this one comfortably..As for Flintoff, I don't really know what to make of it, and for me it is more of a circus freak show fascination rather than the boxing contest which is getting my interest.

Cant wait to see Price's career take off. I think he'll be world champion next year (WBC when Vitality retires) Don't think Wladimir will want to take a fight with Price tbh.

Not overly pleased with him fighting Skelton I would have preferred someone ranked in the top 10 of either 4 belt rankings. Its good that he's fighting so soon after the Harrison fight though.

I don't want him.to fight Fury, not yet anyway. Why do it now for thousands when you could potentially do it for a world title for millions on ppv.

In regards to Flintoff, good luck hope he wins. Curtis Woodhouse has carved a decent boxing career since hanging his footie boots up and with the weakness of the HW division he could have a nice little "career"

He'll get wiped out if he ventures past domestic level though. I think he may win tonight but when he faces up to the reality of being in the ring for real tonight might be a one off for Freddie.

Has anyone seen James Cracknells {spelling} efforts? Brutally Ko'd and that was with a head guard

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=No_z9NyIf8s (Cracknell footage) Didn't know Cracknell had a go. Seen tougher lads in Durham on a Saturday night! :)

Price will become WC. I hope he knocks out Vlad in the process too. I recall Bronte saying that he didnt think his men would fight British again after the Haye and Chisora episodes, probably because he is aware of Price... The Klitschko brothers have always went for the likes of Fury, up and coming but 10 fights short of a worthy title shot. Thats how they made their wonga.

As far as Flintoff goes, I love a touch of surreal entertainment. Be interesting to see the fight.

What channel is flintoff on? Dont know who he's fighting but if they have a modicum of experience he'll get knocked out.

Just seen the picture of Flintoff at weigh in.

He doesn't look like a heavyweight at all. Think this could end with a big one to his chin within 3.

Agree with Parker & MrRAW on this one. Price is the real deal imo. Hopefully will go alll the way to the top.

Didnt like the Flintoff 'fight' at all, it was embarrassing and i found it disrespectful to Boxing.

    Pathetic.

Agree, glue stuck to their feet and rocks in their gloves.

    Just pitiful.
