Has received a few man of the match awards and some Leeds fans have missed him. Young and hard hitting midfielder will he be able to get revenge against the club that sold him in the summer due to his wage demands Simon Church-Pressure will be on him as he hasn't scored in his first 3 games for Huddersfield. Is capable but will he be able to get past out new defensive hero Alan Tate? Leeds United Jerome Thomas- The WBA winger has been a revaltion for Leeds since signing on loan from West Brom. He has the pace and trickery we have needed and missed since the departure of Snodgrass in the summer. Sam Byram- Young Sam has been in the dangermen part most weeks which says something. Had another brilliant match against Leicester on Tuesday getting a penalty for us within the first 5 minutes. Is comfortable at either right back or right midfield and has marked out the game 2 of this divisions finest wingers in Zaha and Matt Jarvis. Enochs Eleven Paddy Kenny, Sam Byram, Lee Peltier, Tom Lees, Alan Tate, Michael Tongue, Paul Green, David Norris, Jerome Thomas, El Hadj Diouf, Luciano Becchio Enochs Prediction After two wins on the bounce against Palace who were 14 games unbeaten and Leicester who are up there chasing promotion. We have hopefully finally turned a corner and there seems to be more confidence in the team since the takeover was confirmed to be done and dusted on the 21st December. I wouldn't change a thing in the line up from the Leicester game even though Jason Pearce is back. Jerome Thomas has the pace to unlock any defence and Alan Tate has the leadership we didn't have but needed at the back. Huddersfield lost 3-0 to Middlesborugh and are without there key man Jermaine Beckford and midfield man Keith Southern. In a derby anything can happen but I think the midfield duo of Green and Norris who worked so well in the seasons opener before Norris departed due to injury is too much for Huddersfield. Jerome Thomas will get at there back 4 and hopefully Sam Byram can get forward again and cause problems like he has done so much this season. Huddersfield 1-2 Leeds United Over to the Elland Road and Huddersfield faithful, Keep the banter flowing, Enoch X
Cheers Enoch. 3 CBs or Peltier playing LB. More likely I think will be Drury playing LB, Peltier playing RB, & Byram playing RM in a 442. Should be a good game. Hopefully we'll give Grayson & Beckford a good reception. They both deserve it. 2-0 Leeds with Beckford still injured. Beckford starts or comes on, 2-1 Leeds with Beckford showing respect & not celebrating
Fair enough Simon. Not sure he ever achieved as much as he should have done at Leeds. Should really have bossed the midfield a lot more often than was actually the case. Had he done so, I doubt he would have been sold.
He was knackered from having to do the work of both defensive midfielder and playmaker. Blame Bates for the fact we didn't have good enough reinforcements in that area who'd have kept him and Howson fresh.
Think we should win the one, no matter how much Hudders will be up for it. Warnock wont change the team unless someones struggling so expect the same starting 11 with McCormack coming on early for either EHD or Thomas depending on who looks the most tired!
So we have a Yorkshire and London derby day Hudds v Leeds and Wall v Charlton cant see anything else other than the little pub team known as wall moving 9 points clear of the massive mightywhites to be honest But do try to keep up lads or we will miss you next season
Great intro I have a gut feeling it'll be 1-1, but maybe that's just the dodgy curry last night. Reckon that Millwall's lucky roll will hit the buffers against the Addicks. 3-1 to the team in red.
Anyone got a working link? Usual two aren't up yet which is worrying and Yorkshire radio is going to cut off on DAB soon
That ones not working for me, I'm using http://www.ustream.tv/new/search?q=chris_007 if anyone needs it
