Are United liked? Bayern? Barca? Real Madrid? Even City? The day to worry is when you aren't disliked. Chelsea were easily amongst the top 5 most disliked clubs in English Football way before Abramovich came along. People can say what they like about him but his club have won every trophy on show at least once since 2005 and go to Japan in December with the chance of being crowned World Champions. If AVB succeeds it will be because he is more suited to your way of playing than Chelsea's, and indeed many of your own supporters stated exactly that fact when he first joined you. RDM didn't take us downhill, circumstances did, imo he was doing a good job considering what he was up against, but RA was only looking for an excuse to get rid of him which he did as soon as poss.
