I am rating him better as a LB then as a striker - has been the reason why Dyer has been playing so well too.

Play him next to Waghorn this week - the lad is dynamite.

Im not going to get on Jeffs back 1 bit. Firstly he is a striker covering at left back. And thats the first thing he has done wrong at left back. Its not like Konchesky has never given a peno away is it

.. my point entirely ... Wes has intimated that Jeff has already learnt from the experience ... Konch has never!

I think Konchesky will be back in the side against Direby tomorrow. Also think he will start Futacs and Knockaert.

Thought Konch got away with murder yesterday ... on another day (and better opposition) could have cost us dearly ..

Yeah If they had a stronger right flank we might not have got so lucky.

Our left side didn't play to it's usual strength.

He is a high risk left back, even worse when he needs to cover at centre back.

I'd be very worried about him in the Prem now TBH .... and no arrogance intended.

If we did get to the Prem then I think we would need to sign a left back to compete with Konch

Agree - he'd get murdered by the wide men and the number of pens / free kicks on the edge of our box would be high ... not to mention propensity for red cards ..

He will do as back up. It case of looking at the contract Sven gave him and seeing if he works out at value for money

I thought the lad got skinned by quick feet from Byram unlucky for him to be fair.

Anyone who went to the game v us how did you think Byram was?

Speaking from what i have seen on tele. Byram looks decent. You will do well to keep hold of him at the end of the season unless your new owners are serious about getting Leeds promoted.

I think this year you need to consolidate and build and then go for it next year

    Proud agree totally mate.

Leeds fans have been pissed off because we did the consolidating the first year we came up if we had built on that squad we would have stood a lot better chance than we do right now :(
