    Afternoon all

Just back from Winchester Christmas fair...beautiful sunshine but absolutely freezing. The mulled wine was good though...and we enjoyed bratwurst/sauerkraut too. Even bought a couple of presents. Good to be back in a warm house though!

Just back from hospital - operation went well as far as I'm aware. God knows how people who live with those who've had this op cope when they come home the same day as I've come home the following day and feel lousy - I certainly wouldn't want to try and be with me with how I'm feeling at the moment, although that may not have been helped by a couple of incidents with others in the bay I was in last night meaning that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep.

Unlike OFHs friend, however, I haven't got two black eyes.

That's it Mexico - another famous exile in Mexico got caught by one of Uncle Joe's boys there and the result gave The Stranglers the famous line in their song No More Heroes...

We have, the owl confirmed it. Watford Observer @Observer_Owl Charge partly relates to finance agreement for payment due from #SwanseaCity following @DannyGraham10's transfer, not transfer itself.

Im guessing its something to do with the advance he recieved.

evening all. It was 1C this morning here. Not great, but with the beautiful sunshine today it was a good, crisp winter's day. Just a shame there was more crap news from the hospital for my friend this morning...and i won't go on..but suffice to say...this won't be for much longer :(.

Bad bad news re Bassini...not happy. Hmm, anyone got a smile for me?

Morning all, no frost, but a chill is in the air. I suppose that I will have to get some logs in soon and follow the French way, hibernation. :)

Our neighbours have five freezers that they stock up during the year, then when it becomes cold we do not see them for several weeks. Just hoping that this winter is less severe than the last one.

Thanks for the coffee ak, must read up all about that mischievous Baz now. <yikes>
