As no on else has made a match thread I assume it's been left to me again. I've lost my 100% record (thanks to the worst piece of goalkeeping I've seen in a while) but I'm still unbeaten and If I'm still unbeaten come Saturday evening I'll be delighted. One change that must be made for Saturday imo is the goalkeeper. Paulo Gaffeniga is simply not good enough for the PL at the moment - he is costing us points that we can't afford to lose. As he can't go out on loan, he should play for the U21 side for a while. Bring Boruc back into the squad. No booking for Suarez yesterday (bollocks!) so he'll play on Saturday. Referee is Michael Oliver. Surely he can do better than the two so called "better" PL refs we've had recently. I fully expect us to lose this one but Liverpool have ****ed up against clubs such as ours in the past.
Why would you expect us to lose we are unbeaten in 4 liverpool are a very poor team with 2 or 3 quality individuals i don't think it will be easy but if we can be confident and assured then there's no reason we can't win this.

I'd play Boruc assuming he's kissed and made up with Adkins. If he's out the picture then I'd go back to Davis. Other than that I'd make no changes. If whoever plays keeper has a solid game I see no reason why we can't get at least a draw from this game. Hope to see Fox back on the bench. Don't want Reeves coming on at left back if Shaw gets cramp
I hate to say it, but I think we are going to lose this one, I don't think we'll get thrashed, but I do think Suarez is going to turn our Centre Backs inside out. Expect to see some tired legs in this one if we put out an unchanged team, and to be honest I don't see where we have the depth to rotate with the possible exception of Davis or maybe Mayuka. Hopefully Lambert will be massively up for this one, I imagine it's probably been a lifelong dream for him to walk out onto the pitch at Anfield. I'm going for a 2-1 loss.
I'm on 3 out of 4 so far (Had you down to draw with Newcastle) Going to change my original guess on the next ten fixtures thread from 1-1 to 1-2.
It will be my first away game of the season, I can't wait. I think we will lose but will still be a great game. Got to get 6 points out of our next 3 games.
How far we have come in a short time that it is not unreasonable to hope for a win and a decent bet for a draw.
I expect a loss, but with Liverpool's dodgy record against average teams, there is no reason we can't get anything out of this.
I have put Ramirez to score in the competition, because Lambo fails to score every time I back him. Done my best for him
He's only young, if he was 28 doing the same **** i'd agree but he is still improving as a player. Not really going to help when some fans make up **** names for him specially if it starts on match days.
Has he received direct abuse on the pitch (like Boruc)? More a collective sigh of frustration and annoyance surely. Lambert says the players aren't blaming him and said it was one of those things. The players should be supportive of each other, but it will be interesting to see Adkins decision on Saturday.
Boruc was just one fan saying you're ****ing **** and he flipped lol. Haven't heard abuse yet at a game towards Gazza, but it's bound to happen soon. Last thing he needs is people getting on his back as he is still very young for a keeper.
I'm not going to start doing it on match days. I did shout "you bloody idiot" at him last night in the heat of the moment but thankfully I was probably too far away for him to hear.
