Yep boys, I go to bed a worried man... Very worried. Don't want Pardew sacked now only because there is no better options we could realistically go for.

Edit: Not worried about the championship. Worried about watching my team playing some football while I've got a f-ing expensive season ticket.

So what would you do? sack him and pay him 8 years worth of redunancy? Assuming there is no snag in his contract

Just in traffic on the way back from The game Absolutely Gutted ! I feared Pardew had lost the dressing room but I thought the lads really put a shift in tonight. I don't think you can really go the britAnnia and expect to play pretty football I thought we did a good job on the plus side ba and cisse looked threatening especially cisse who I thought put in a really good shifts did Anita who I thinks getting better game by game

He'll blame the europa league, and assure us that we are working on some quality set pieces in training.

Pardew is simply following his reputation now. Every team he's been manager of have started strong, and slowly dropped down the ladder into a relegation scrap. (Bar Southampton but that's completely different.) I mean, West Ham, FA Cup final, strong league finish. Following year? In a relegation battle and are looking likely for the drop. Charlton Athletic, okay, he couldn't of stopped the rot there and did an alright job. But after they went down, he simply mad it worse and worse. And of course, Southampton where they went from top of the league to mid table very quickly only to clinch promotion with his replacement. Now it's our turn.

To sum it up: Why did we sack Hughton?

Now come on, all those players? MA wouldn't allow it, not unless we sell.

We know Mike wouldn't sell a very important player in January especially for big cash...

Then to hear, we tried to sign someone but we couldn't get it through the door. (Or something similar).

Still not getting relegated though so, roll on next season! :)

No co-incidence that our **** pattern of play has coincided with Krul returning over Harper. Always felt more assured when Steve commanded his back four. Much better distribution as well.

I think i know what your trying to say, Sack Pardew, get Di Matteo as Intirm untill the end of the season, then snap Guardiola up under Chelseas nose (with the promise of a 5m kitty of course and as many* free signings as he wants)

*Maximum of 2 and must sell top players to pay for wages and agent fees

That's just December, sure we have a lot of fixtures in that month.

But there's worse teams, we having a poor time at the moment, injuries and what not.

The table is also so tight, were not even in the bottom 3.

We've got points on the board and we have the players capable of turning this around.

    Believe.

I think we did quite well against an in form side, who are superb at home and difficult to look pretty against. We controlled the pace of the game for 75mins and defended really well. Then we had a collective brainfart and undid all our hard work. If that game was last season I wouldn't be bothered at all. But in the context of our current run then :emoticon-0101-sadsm

On the flipside I won £127.30 from £20 worth of bets at Kempton tonight:biggrin: I have now cracked 5f and 6f races on the all weather at this time of year. Whaileyy is a horse to follow as as are York Glory and Breakheart for the next few weeks if anyone is horse racing fan.

Does anybody actually enjoy watching horse racing, or is it just betting?

I mean, I've never heard of anyone turning up supporting a horse and being ecstatic when it wins, unless they have a f-ing enormous hat and daddy's placed a rather large wager on it for you...

<grr> I ****ing love horse racing!

Being serious (for once because its a subject close to my heart), watching a horse jump a fence is one of the most aesthetically pleasing sights in any sport. I'm a regular at Newcastle to be honest and have been all over the country, great days out too. My old man bred and owned them so I suppose I have been brought up with it. Not a massive gambler to be honest, quick route to being **** broke if you get carried away!
