You jest but this is a true story: when I first met him – and much to his amusement – I thought his name WAS Lenny Kravitz!.
lol, and everytime I hear Ted Kravitz name I hear a guitar riff from 'are you going my way' in my head.
Drivers Best Driver: Fernando Alonso - Incredible season, just awe-inspiring to keep that Ferrari in the hunt for so long. Worst Driver: Romain Grosjean - Belgium, Australia, Japan plus many more... Most Improved: Lewis Hamilton - Back in the right place probably as good as his 07' fan Surprise Package: Nico Hulkenburg/Sergio Perez - One could have won the last race of the year and crushes his over rated teammate, the other comes even closer to taking a GP win, pockets a couple of podiums AND gets a McLaren drive Biggest Disappointment: Jenson Button - Awful, awful and awful. Lewis Hamilton was dreadful in 2011 but he kept crashing that's why he didn't score as many points. JB was just not quick enough I'm afraid. Best Rookie: Charles Pic - Caterham drive and solid performance against a experienced F1 driver. Teams: Best Car: MP4-27 Worst Car: F2012 - If it had been half as good as the RB8, Alonso would have won the title. Best Team: Red Bull Worst Team: HRT Surprise Package: Lotus/Sauber Under-performers: Force India The Season: Season Rating 93/100: Best Race: Brazil - Brilliant title decider Worst Race: Korea - Yawn. Best Overtake: Funniest Moment: Kimi's radio at Abu Dhabi or his 'offroading' at Brazil Defining Moment: Alonso not getting any points at Japan Most Dramatic Moment: Vettel facing backwards lap 1 of the title decider Biggest Surprise: Hamilton to Mercedes? Best Crash: Spa? Even though it wasn't a good crash Drive of the Season: Hamilton at Austin,TX Best Pole Lap: Hamilton, Spain Best start: Alonso at Austin Coverage: Best Broadcaster: BBC Best Commentator: David Coulthard Best Journalist/Reporter: Jake?
He was good this season. I'm rubbing the slate clean for next season, i'm going to view him with an open mind, and see how many races it takes for me to dislike him again. I'm going end of Malaysian practice 2.
Bwahahaha. I actually quite like being a Hamelot... The crap that gets chucked our way has gone beyond irritating and is now a source of a great chuckle.
I wouldn't term you a hamelot, there's a big difference between being a fan and an over-zealous nutjob
Thanks Miggs... Though since it still gets banded about on occasion, I like to wear my badge with pride.
