But as has been said, uninstall those 2 antiviruses first.

false positives come with every anti virus. Just depends what you download and install.

However mistaking something as a rootkit is ****ing ******ed and therefore AVG is ****.

 

Youtube has some good vds to advise on fixing laptops (netbooks). I replaced the laptop screen with the Youtube advice. Saved me a fortune.

Maybe false positives and thats what are trying to work out although changing antivirus won't help if they are there.

This might have been mentioned already but have you checked the processes that are running. My worse half had so many anti-virus programs running that they took up most of the processing power. Sorry if it's already been mentioned. AVG caused me huge problems when it was running against another anti-virus. Check the task manager.
