    Is it an Intel Atom processor (N270 1.6 GHz, N280 at 1.66 GHz or N450 series)? If so it could be the 802.11b or 802.11g and wired Ethernet connection that's causing the rootkit installation. Try installing v1.4.3.5.6.6 of safeboot lmgdos to update the cTOB key in the RAM seconded putfile access area. If that doesn't work create a 4tel bitmap protection sector (probably best to use version 5.9.0.1 with service pack 2.1.6.). Then run a sixtag exploration on the RAM tabulation monitor and see if the nbox has identified the rootkit verification entries in the TAD registry bin.

    If that doesn't work buy a scud mag.
