Are you serious?? Irony Inda, irony...keep up!...he's a Sephardic Jew. West Hams co-chairman David Gold is also of Jewish descent.
There is a large Palestinian community, given they don't have a proper homeland of their own and Israel is where the work is.
Well seeing as I bothered to check to see if Benayoun is, and he is! just what exactly is your ****in point?? If you thought you were going to catch me out looks like you've ****ed up!
I think some mother has removed my duplicated comments.Does this mean free speech is gone forever? How could you mother??????
Yossi Benayoun is a pretty Israeli and Jewish sounding name. Although I guess, if you aren't Jewish nor Muslim, it might be difficult to differentiate between an Israeli name and an Arab name. What West Ham fans did was pretty diabolical and ridiculously stupid. I'm very glad the West Ham board, charimen, manager and a player were all quick to condemn the chants! Lets hope that is the end of it. Although I'm guessing its wishful thinking.
Not quite true. Israel's current population is 7,941,900 of whom 5,985,100 are Jews. That's over 75% of the total population.
I think Inda's a Spurs fan from Rome, thus the slightly controversial views about Lazio. Always good to get an alternative point of view, even if you don't necessarily agree with it. The figures that I've seen suggest that roughly 25% of Israel's population is non-Jewish, so he's roughly right about that. I think Notso's point was pretty obvious, though.
Figures vary quite dramatically from different sources, for some reason, Notso. It's close enough to not think he's on a wind up, anyway.
PNP - Sorry mate, I have to disagree, I chose 3 at random from this first google page and they all said over 75%. https://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&sug...1ad3f176a19855&bpcl=38897761&biw=1280&bih=647 Not havin a pop, just wonderin what sources of figures you're looking at?
Can't remember what I Googled exactly, but it was something like 'religious demographics of Israel'. Perhaps the figures weren't counting non-religious Jews or something?
please log in to view this image Apparently not!... "Lazio were wearing a special jersey for this game carrying the slogan âNo racismâ after recent incidents in and around the Europa League games with Tottenham. It made little difference to certain figures in the stands, who launched another anti-Semitic chant that was quickly drowned out by the jeers of the majority."
