The problem is Jordan is that smoking impacts on other people. I'm delighted about the smoking ban in pubs, at least you don't get secondary smoke and your clothes don't reek of the damned stuff.
As we are a civilised and cosmopolitan nation the best thing to do would be to ban alcohol. The benefits of this policy outweigh the the argument in favour of alcohol. 1. The social disorder at weekends in most of our towns and cities would disappear. 2. The general health of the population would improve with less drain on the Health Service. 3. Muslims would feel more welcome to reside in our country. .....and most importantly..... 4. The beer goggles will no longer be an excuse for shagging a minger.
What about the fumes off cars? People knew the score with pubs, people smoked and drank in them. The smpking ban zeolets could have opened non smoking pubs but they knew no **** would go.
