Disappointed, never angry. It is only a game, after all. I've never once said I want him sacked. I don't think he's the man for us, but that's merely my opinion. We have one of the best youth setups in the country designed and implemented by two of the main people behind Barcas La Masia and now thewhole youth system is to be run by one of these ex-Barca men. We have produced the likes of Suso, Sterling, Wisdom all under 19 and all in the first team, and earlier have had Kelly to. We still have the likes of Ibe, Sinclair, Baio to name but a few still to come. Rafa overhauled it bring in the likes of Borrell and Segura from Spain to overhaul and base it on the Barca model in 2008 and nows its finally beginning to produce. But no, I can't see any reason why up and coming Youth Coaches would want to work in our Academy though. In 5 years time, if everything continues as it has since 2008, we'll have a Youth System comparable to Ajax and Dortmund.
