Needs the service yes, but does himself no favours (especially with me) when he moans, shrugs his shoulders like the petulant frog he is and then brings the worst in Adel out. You have never seen this during the game Col? - Bueno I´m off to bed way past my bedtime.

ps. I know he is all we have but let´s no remind ourselves why that is eh!!!

This will improve. Important that we did not lose tonight. The team was set up well. When we play at home and we have to take the game to the opposition the midfield will have to get closer to Cisse.

Exactly, as Harry said after the game he went for power and strength in CM. Worked well imho.

I get the feeling that the players will simply not be allowed to sit back at home. Redknapp will get them forward.

Agree Nuts. I thought Cisse was pretty good, he had most of our efforts on goal but never got a really good chance as did Mackie and Adel, and Fletcher at the other end. If he gets more support from the midfield getting forward he will get better chances. Don't follow all this about his attitude - he's just frustrated, I'd be worried if he weren't.

If he had scored I just may have! At least Arry didn't play him on the wing! He did try hard for 10 minutes, but looked off the pace to me, then disapeared. We were much better with Diakite and Adel on than Park and SWP, but Arry was right to take off Diakite before he got red.

not sure it's credit to HR, he had been with the team for 2 days prior to the game. How much could he have done in that time? Maybe they just had a good day at the office and played more to their abilities rather than making silly mistakes.

He didn't really get much support up front, the players supposed to do that were 30 meters behind him most times when he got the ball, and he had 2 or 3 defenders to beat. The gap between midfield and Cisse was way too big, have to get the rest of the attacking players up faster. Atleast he didn't find himself in offside position all the time. Come to think of it, was there even 1 offside from Cisse?

I think its down to our CBs being so slow, they cant push up or the ball behind them would destroy them so they have to drop back and then the midfield have to drop back or the gap between them would be exposed.
