OWLS v HORNETS, Tues 27/11/12.

The last time I went to a match there was over 30 years ago - it was on a cold Tuesday night in September and it actually snowed. I remember this because my windscreen wipers stopped working on the way home & we had to pull into motorway services to try to fix them.

And we won 2-1.

 

There might be something in the Yorkshire air that puts us in a goalscoring mood.

I am going for at least four goals to the good side.

 

How will our team from the south of Europe cope with a cold wet evening in the north of England. I shiver to think. And I hope my house heating is mended or really I will be shivering as well.

 

SWFC are aware that many Horns are stuck on M1, but at the moment will not delay KO.

I may be wrong, but I don't think so, esspecially from the start.

 

Bond picked up an injury during the warm up Saturday.

Thanks for the info, OFH. As he's "only" the sub GK, it never gets mentioned whether he's fit or not unless it's a cup game.
